Article Snippet: Based on this sequence information, two primers, the forward primer 024020f (5 -CAGAAAGACAATGGATGTCC-3 ) and the reverse primer 024020r (5 -CACATCTTTTAAATCCCCATTTGAGGC-3 ), were designed and used to screen a human adult brain Rapid-Screen cDNA library panel (OriGene Technologies, Rockville, MD).
